How do I return a purchased work of art?
Returning an item couldn’t be easier. If you’re not completely happy with your artwork, you have 14 days from the date you received the artwork to request a replacement or return. Once you have contacted us we will email details about how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
Returning an item will be at your cost, however we will work with you to ensure finding the best and cheapest mail service to keep costs to a minimum. In most cases this will be via Royal Mail Track and Trace (with insurance cover).
For a simple, fast service, you’ll need to make sure of the following:
The artwork arrived within 14 days of your request.
The artwork is in its original packaging and in the same condition as it arrived.
We ship purchases at the most reasonable cost via 'track and trace' including insurance, therefore any returns must also be 'track and trace' and covered by insurance, covering the value of the item.
How do I request a return?
To request a return or a replacement, simply:
Contact us with your request and reason for returning your work of art.
If the unthinkable has happened and your artwork arrives damaged, please follow the returns process outlined above.
Some detailed photos of any damage sustained would also be really helpful.
If you can manage to retain the original packaging, that would be great too!
Once we receive your request we'll process it within three working days.
We’ll confirm and provide instructions and relevant documentation via email.
You will be refunded the artwork value minus original shipping costs within 24-48 hours after the artwork has arrived back with us. Refunds will be through PayPal to your original payment method. Proof of the original shipping costs will be supplied to you before refunding.
Alternatively, if you have requested a replacement, we will ship your new artwork as soon as we have received the original artwork.
